Refund policy

Once creation of a personalized song has begun, refunds are generally not available because the product is made specifically for you. If we are unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund.

Digital Products: Because completed songs are delivered digitally, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged after delivery.

Problems with your order: If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your song, or experience another delivery issue, please contact us so we can correct the problem
